Is anger killing you?
So, why do we get angry? It happens when things don't go the way we want them to. When someone doesn't listen to us or disobeys us we feel frustrated. Anger is natural and common to all of us.
Anger shouldn't be controled but has to be managed. There's a difference between controlling anger and managing it. When we control anger we are numbing the feeling of our frustration. We feel angry but we do not express it. The flame is still burning inside us. But when we manage anger, we feel it only for a short period of time. We actually use the energy produced by anger in some different task other than hating people. It is then when the anger no longer stays inside us. Anger is actually a curved blade, the harm we do to others, we also do to ourselves. It is better not to hold or control anger.
Anger produces enormous amount of energy inside us and we usually spend this energy hating people so instead of hating people we can use this energy in some other task like for a workout or any other activity that requires a lot of energy. We can do exercise,do yoga , find some me time, solve crossword puzzles, read books and can do everything which makes us happy(like doing something as a hobby) to prevent anger.
All the psychology students studies this and in an indirect way teaches this to us .....anyone its really useful for a "PERSONNE" like me......
